Versus22 (talk · contribs) Hello. I have been on Wikipedia for over a year. I was thinking of doing this to see what all of you think of my editing. Thank you. Versus22 talk 10:17, 6 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to be admin hopefully at some point this year, but would have to go for admin coaching first. Versus22 talk 19:25, 21 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I am also glad that you are an experienced vandalism patroller, just remember to diversify in namespace and editing—XfDs, RfPP, UAA, and most importantly, namespace contributions. In my view, the users whose RfAs are the most successful (barring any unusual circumstances) are those who participate in many areas of Wikipedia. Keep patrolling, but don't forget to participate in AfDs, tagging articles for Speedy deletion; in content areas, bring some articles up to high quality (GAs/FAs) and address backlogs of articles needing cleanup (copy-editing, adding references, wikifying, etc.). As an example, you could improve List of WiiWare games to featured list status. Dabomb87 (talk) 19:32, 22 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Questions

  1. Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
Out of all my contributions on Wikipedia, I'm most pleased with some of my work at Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games, by improving the table from List of WiiWare games a couple months ago, and recently uploading video game images. Another thing that has made me pleased, is by helping out reverting vandalism from all over the English Wikipedia.
  2. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
I think the List of Wii games (NA) AfD just stressed me out a bit, as seen here, about being impatient at the time with another user, that I got upset at him. I realized later on however that these things are not good, and was kind from this point forward.
